Senior outside hitter
Haley Harris put down a match-high 11 kills to lead the Colorado College volleyball team to a 25-14, 25-22, 25-11 victory over Edgewood College in the first of two matches on Saturday in the 2019 Colorado College Classic.
Harris, who had to exit Friday night's match against Clarkson University, hit .346 with just two errors on 26 attacks.
Allie Freeburg led the Tigers with 11 digs and three service aces.
The junior right side hitter hit .333 with six kills, as did sophomore outside hitter
Isabella Vasquez.
The Tigers hit .344 as a team and held Edgewood to a .056 success rate.

Key Moment
Edgewood tied the game at 18-18 in the second set, only to see the Tigers regain command with four consecutive points. CC closed out the second set and carried the momentum into the third set.

Lizzy Counts dished out 22 assists and had six digs.
Junior middle hitter
Emma Hewlin hit a match-high .625 with five kills on an error-free six swings.

Mackenzie Doherty and Abbey Meier led the Eagles with five kills apiece.
Sarah Uczen posted a game-high 12 digs.
