Zoe Tomlinson recorded a double-double with 12 points and a game-high 16 rebounds.
Camy Aguinaldo led the Boxers with game highs of 28 points and nine assists.
As a team, the Boxers connected on 11 of 24 shots from behind the arc while CC went 4-for-24.
The Tigers were within 30-28 after Tomlinson scored on a layup with 3:36 remaining in the first half, but Pacific scored the next eight points to open a 10-point lead before
Laura Strenk hit a three-pointer as time expired.
After falling behind 45-33 a little more than two minutes into the second half, Colorado College went on a 9-2 run to pull within five points on a
Tedy Reed layup midway through the third quarter.
Hannah Stein dialed long distance with 4:20 to go and her basket sparked an 18-8 surge that gave the Boxers a 15-point cushion with 10 minutes remaining.
Strenk and Tomlinson scored the first two baskets of the fourth quarter to cut the Tigers' deficit to 11, but that was as close as they would get.
Colorado College Standouts
Laura Strenk finished with 10 points and grabbed five rebounds.
Audrey Bayston added six points for CC.
Pacific University Standouts
Brilie Kovaloff scored 15 points and had a pair of steals.
Sydney Gray led the Boxers with eight rebounds.
