Senior Josh Fry finished in 77^th place Saturday at the NCAA Division III Men's Cross Country Championships at E.P. "Tom" Sawyer State Park in Louisville, Ky.
 
Running in the final race of his career, the two-time defending SCAC Runner of the Year completed the 8K course in 24 minutes, 40.9 seconds, a personal-best and the third-fastest time in program history.
 
"Josh had a fantastic finish to his senior year," head coach Alex Nichols said. "He stepped up and ran a big personal-best time at the most important race of the year. He solidified his status as one of the most accomplished runners in program history."
 
Fry's result was the best by a CC male at the national meet since Nick Hall placed 60^th in 2013.
