The Colorado College volleyball team clinched a spot in the SCAC Championship Tournament with a split of league matches on Saturday in Seguin, Texas. The Tigers dropped a 3-0 (25-19, 25-19, 25-22) decision to Southwestern University, followed by an impressive 3-1 (15-25, 26-24, 25-18, 28-26) victory over Texas Lutheran.

The Tigers are 9-5 in conference play entering the final day of the regular season on Sunday. CC, currently in fourth place, has two matches left and trails Southwestern and Texas Lutheran, who are tied for second at 11-4.

The top six teams from the regular-season standings will play in the conference tournament next weekend in Colorado Springs.

In Friday's opener,
Keeley Kandziora led the Tigers with 10 kills, while
Kaylie Stuteville produced a .385 hitting percentage with six kills and one error in 13 attempts.

Against host Texas Lutheran, Carolyn Dormady led the Tiger rally with 17 kills and a .308 hitting percentage. Enny Jenks had 39 assists and
Peyton Hummel collected 30 digs.
Delaney Rach added 13 kills and Dormady had 11.

The Tigers close out the regular season on Sunday, Oct. 30 against the University of St. Thomas at 9 a.m. (MT) and Schreiner University at 1:30 p.m. (MT).
