Colorado College Sneaks Past Schreiner to Advance to SCAC Championship Game

The Tigers battled to a 60-56 win over the Schreiner University Mountaineers on Saturday afternoon in Calgaard Gym in San Antonio, Texas.

Sophomore Forward/Center Zoe Tomlinson led the Tigers with 21 points and 17 rebounds. Her 14th double-double of the season marks the most ever by a Tiger in a single season

Senior forward Talia Cloud made an impact of both ends of the floor with a season-high 16 points, including the two game-clinching free throws and made two blocks. The game marks the fourth time this season she earned double-digit points.

CC shot 40.7% from the field and 26.1% from behind the arc. 

The Mountaineers were led by Demauria Miles who earned 17 points and grabbed six rebounds. Schreiner shot 34.4% from the field and 30% from behind the arc.

Colorado College will compete for the SCAC Championship tomorrow at 11a.m. MT against Trinity University in Calgaard Gym in San Antonio, Texas.
