The Colorado College women's tennis team wrapped up its regular season with a 7-2 loss to Chapman University Sunday morning in Orange, Calif.
 
The Regals jumped out to a 2-1 lead after the doubles matches. The Tigers' top team of Gigi Jensen and  Maddy Meister defeated Lucy Erickson and Racquel Fhima, 8-1, for the team's lone win.
 
Meister captured CC's only singles win as well, downing Ava Tyler, 6-1, 6-2, at the No. 6 spot. Christina Heffron extended the No. 1 match to three sets vefore falling to Aliya Allyn, 4-6, 6-1, 1-0(4).
 
The Tigers (5-12) return to action on Friday, April 28, at the SCAC Championships in Georgetown, Texas. CC's opponent and match time will be announced later this week.
