The Colorado College track and field teams competed at the Air Force Twilight Open Friday at the Academy.

On the women's side, senior
Emma Fowkes won the 400-meter dash with a personal-best time of 58.27 seconds and placed fourth in the 200 in 26.12 seconds. Junior
Erin Capell also posted a pir of top 10 results, finishing fifth and ninth in the shot put and discus, respectively.

Freshmen
Ava Coccaro finished seventh in the 1500 with a time of 5:15.93, followed by fellow freshmen Cheyen Sundell-Turner (5:24.48),
Anna Scannell (5:30.89) and
Ava McSheffrey (5:31.02). Sundell-Turner and Scannell ran PRs on Friday. Â

For the men, sophomore
Huck Whittemore finished second in the 400 with a PR time of 53.01 and fifth in the 800 (2:03.89). Freshman
George Peltier placed sixth in the javelin (133'2") and 10
th in the 100 (11.58), both PRs, while fellow freshman
Owen Shi also posted a pair of personal bests, finishing fourth in the shot put (42'2.25") and 12
th in the discus (115'11").

Sam Singer finished fourth in the 400 hurdles with a personal-best time of 1:02.47, while freshman
Andrew Peng was seventh in the 800 in 2:05.59.

A pair of Tigers ran the 1500, with juniors
Walt Jones placing 14
th (4:22.57) and
Liam Mullen 17
th (4:29.43).
