Tigers Compete at Chuck Haering Invite in Pueblo

The Colorado College women's track and field team wrapped up action at the Chuck Haering Invitational Saturday in Pueblo, Colo.
 
CC's trio of Tessa Olsen, Cheyan Sundell-Turner and Emilia Weinrobe finished third, fourth and fifth, respectively, in the 3,000-meter run. Olsen posted a time of 11:31.70 to lead the Tigers.
 
The foursome of Thalia Goessling, Clara Lippert, Clara Kirr and Allison Barker placed fourth in the 4x400 relay with a time of 3:58.99, while Hannah Falk was seventh in the 3,000 steeplechase with a time of 11:52.95, followed by Mary Cate Kiser in eighth in 12:07.37.
 
Emma Jones and Jane Keenan tied for eighth in the high jump with a height of 5' 0.25", and Abby Goulas posted a ninth-place result in the 1500 with a time of 4:57.46.
 
Abby Goodfried (5K), Alina Miranda (400) and Sky Theodosopoulos (800) each collected a 13th-place finish on Saturday.
 
The Tigers will return to action next weekend, April 3-4, at the Colorado Invitational in Boulder, Colo.
