Colorado College senior Allison Barker has been named the SCAC Women's Tri-Track Athlete of the Week following an outstanding performance last Saturday in Boulder, Colo.
 
Barker, from Bethesda, Md., finished fourth in the 1500 at the Jerry Quiller Classic with a time of 4:42.51, competing against Division I and II athletes. When converted for altitude her time is 4:35.78, the 17th-fastest time in Division III and the top clocking in the SCAC this spring.
 
Colorado College will split it's squad this weekend, with sprinters and field athletes heading to Abilene, Texas, for the War Hawk Classic, April, 10-11, while distance runners will compete at the Kit Mayer Classic in Golden, Colo., on Saturday, April 11.
