Colorado College junior Charlie Flint has been selected as the SCAC Women's Cross Country Runner of the Week after an outstanding performance at the Augustana Invitational last Saturday.
 
Flint, from Waterbury, Vt., finished second on the team and sixth overall with a personal-best 6K time of 21:53.9. She helped the 22nd-ranked Tigers finish higher than two teams ranked above them in the national poll, finishing fifth out of 40 squads.
 
The Tigers return to action at the SCAC Championships on Saturday, Nov. 1, in Prairie View, Texas.
