The Colorado College cross country teams will wrap up the 2025 campaign this weekend at the NCAA Division III Cross Country Championships. The Tigers will compete on Saturday, Nov. 22, at the Roger Milliken Center in Spartanburg, S.C. The men's race begins at 10 a.m. (ET), followed by the women's at 11 a.m. (ET).

This is the second time both Colorado College teams qualified for the Division III National Championships since 2007, with the other coming in 2023.

West Regional Recap
Junior
Will Shuflit won the 2025 NCAA Division III West Region men's cross country individual title and led Colorado College to a second-place team finish last Saturday in Claremont, Calif.

Shuflit is CC's second regional champion in the last three years as James Settles won the title in 2023. He finished Saturday's 8K race with a time of 24:50.0.Â

Colorado College's second-place finish was the program's best since tying for the regional title in 2011.

Vincent Mangat finished in 11
th place with a time of 25:32.8 to earn all-region honors, as did seniors

Alison Mueller-Hickler won the West Region women's title and led CC to a second-place team finish.

Mueller-Hickler is the third regional champion in program history, joining Annabel Arnott (1995) and Gretchen Grindle (1997). Mueller-Hickler finished Saturday's 6K race with a time of 21:28.0.Â

th-ranked Claremont-Mudd-Scripps captured the team title with 33 points, followed by Colorado College (83), No. 21 Pomona-Pitzer (102), No. 28 Trinity Univ. (146) and UC Santa Cruz (149).

Mueller-Hickler completed the 6K course in 21 minutes, 28.0, followed by junior
Charlie Flint, who finished sixth in 21:50.5.

Liz White completed the scoring for the Tigers in 40

History at the National Meet
The 18
th-ranked women's team will compete as a team at the Division III Championships for the 12
th time overall and fifth straight year. The Tigers posted a program-best sixth-place finish last year as seniors
Isabel Olson (10
th) and
Sydney Rankin (24
th) earned All-America honors, with Olson's 10
th-place finish CC's best ever. CC has 13 All-Americans in women's cross country and the top 40 finishers will earn All-America honors this season.

For the 22
nd-ranked men's team, this is the eighth appearance at the National Meet as a team. Julian Boggs holds the team's best finish ever at the national meet with a third-place result in 2006. Seven Tigers have been named All-American a total of 10 times, including Shuflit last season (30
th) and current head coach
Alex Nichols, who placed 14th in 2007.
