Will Shuflit became the third runner in the history of the Colorado College men's cross country program to earn multiple All-America honors with a 16
th-place individual finish at the 2025 NCAA Division III National Championship Meet Saturday morning in Spartanburg, S.C.

Shuflit, who finished 30
th last season, joins Scott Kang (1986 & '87) and Julian Boggs (2006 & '07) in collecting two All-America awards. Shuflit finished Saturday's 8K race with a time of 24:15.2.Â

Colorado College, ranked 22
nd in the country entering the race, finished 25
th in the team standings.

Seniors
Rabbit Barnes (25:24.3) and
Axel Klomparens (25:47.3) wrapped up their careers by finishing 110
th and 172
nd, respectively, while sophomore
Vincent Mangat was 248th (26:28.1) and freshman
Lincoln Brewer completed the Tigers' scoring in 268
th place (26:57.8).

Diego Escalante rounded out the Tigers' lineup by placing 283
rd and 284
th, respectively.

No. 1 Wisconsin La-Crosse took the team title with 82 points, followed by No. 4 SUNY Geneseo with 132 and No. 2 Wartburg with 133.
"Today was a solid championship performance for the men," head coach
Alex Nichols said. "Will's second All American award was a big highlight and finishing 25th as a team was a great accomplishment as well. This was the first time competing at a national championship for a lot of the team. They learned a lot and will take that with them to future seasons."Â
