Four school records were set Saturday by the Colorado College women's track and field team at the Colorado Invitational in Boulder.

Clara Lippert,
Allison Barker and
Charlie Flint each posted an individual school record, as did the 4x400-meter relay team. CC was the only Division III school at the meet and competed with several Division I and II school from around the state of Colorado.

Lippert broke a 27-year old record in the 200-meter dash with a time of 25.91 seconds, good for a 19
th-place finish. The previous record was set in 1998 by Heather O'Brien (26.07), who won the NCAA Division III heptathlon title that year.

Meanwhile, Barker collected a 20
th-place result in the 800 with a school-record time of 2:20.64, surpassing the previous record of 2:22.69 by Megan Koch in 2022.
Chloe Johnson finished the race in 26
th place in 2:25.31.

Flint finished 26
th in the 3,000 meters with a time of 10:33.12, which broke the previous record of 10:35.26, set by Clare Quinn in 2023.
Sydney Rankin finished in 30
th place with a time of 10:36.81, followed by
Britt Helgaas (38
th),
Abby Goodfried (40
th),
Elliot Singer (44
th) and
Alison Mueller-Hickler (45
th) in the top 50.

Lippert, Barker and Johnson then joined
Alina Miranda on the 4x400 relay team that finished eighth with a time of 4:08.24, breaking the old school record of 4:08.77, set in 2018.

One week after setting a school record in the shot put,
Erin Capell finished sixth in the event with a toss of 36'8.5".
Jordyn Tomlinson placed 12
th at 23'10.25".

Miranda finished 26
th in the 400 (1:03.13), while
Zaniya Bruno Munn and Singer placed 37
th in the 60 (8.53) and mile (5:24.04, respectively.

On the men's side, Josh Williams finished fourth in the 200 with a time of 21.92 seconds.
"We targeted this meet for fast performances due to it being an indoor 300-meter track," head coach
Katie Bretscher said. "Several individuals had personal bests. It is a good spot to be in this early in the season.".
