The No. 23 Colorado College women's Basketball team returns to Reid Arena this weekend to face the same opponents they played in Texas last weekend: Austin College and the University of Dallas. CC will face the 'Roos on Friday at 5:30 pm and Dallas on Sunday at 3:00 pm MT.

Last Time OutÂ
The Tigers beat Austin College 59-45 and Dallas 69-48, bringing their conference record to 9-1 and their overall record to 17-2. Â
CC rolled over Austin last Friday with the help of senior Zoe Tomlinson's 14th double-double of the season, 10 points from sophomore Isa Nelson and 11 rebounds, seven points, five assists, and two steals from senior Laura Strenk. Â
The Tigers gave themselves a strong lead in the first quarter and didn't trail for the rest of the game. Even though the 'Roos outscored the Tigers in the fourth quarter, CC maintained a lead of at least 16 points until the end. Â
CC followed up that win with another the following Sunday, besting Austin College in a team victory that saw Tomlinson come within six rebounds of the SCAC record. CC's bench put in a good shift, with several players getting in on the action, including senior Kyle Rowland, who netted 100% of the shots she took in the fourth quarter. Â

Historic PollsÂ
The wins helped the Tigers rise to No. 23 in the D3Hoops national poll, their highest ranking ever. They also ranked No. 18 in the first NPI ranking of the season, the highest mark in program history.Â
CC is in the middle of one of the best starts in program history. Its best start through 19 games since the 1976-77 season, when the Tigers finished 18-2. Â
The Tigers broke into the Top 25 back on Jan. 6. They fell out of the polls after a loss to Texas Lutheran, but after winning six straight, CC is up to No. 23 in the D3Hoops.com poll and No. 18 in the NPI rankings. Â
Â
SCAC Championship TournamentÂ
The Tigers are first in the SCAC Blue Division with a 9-1 conference record. The top three teams in each division will advance to the SCAC Tournament, starting on Feb. 28. Â
St. Thomas and the University of the Ozarks sit in second and third place, followed by Austin College, Centenary and Dallas. Â
The SCAC Tournament will occur at the University of Dallas in Irving, Texas.Â
