The Colorado College men's lacrosse team fell to Endicott College 20-8 on Thursday evening in Beverly, Mass. Sophomore
Matt Hudson led the team with four goals as freshman
Max Vota racked up a game-high of four points with a goal and three assists.
CC trailed by only one goal at the end of the first quarter
Liam Goodwin, Declan McGuire and Vota all found the back of the net. The Gulls scored the first three of four goals and took a 4-3 lead into the second.
Hudson scored on a man-up opportunity to knot up the game at 4-4 with 14:06 remaining in the half. Endicott responded with a four-goal run before
Jake Moshang ended the run with 1:01 left in the half. CC trailed 8-5 at the break.
The Gulls pulled ahead in the third, outscoring the Tigers 7-1.
Andrew Tan scored his 14th goal of the season before Endicott scored 12 unanswered points between the third and fourth quarters.
Hudson scored two goals in the fourth quarter, but CC ultimately fell 20-8.
Jackson Lesher made 15 saves in net, the second most in his Tiger career.
CC will close out the regular season on Saturday against the Beacons of UMass Boston at 8:30 am MT.
