Charlotte Iler had a pair of hat tricks as the Tigers overcame an early deficit, but a strong third quarter elevated the Bantams over CC.
Trinity scored the game's first four goals and led 2-0 after shutting out the Tigers in the first quarter. CC got on the board for the first time with 8:27 remaining in the half when Iler found the back of the net on an unassisted goal.
The Bantams countered with their fifth goal to keep the deficit at four. However, the Tigers battled back with a four-goal run.

Peyton Murphy scored with 6:06 remaining in the half, followed by sophomore
Meghan Collins scoring on a woman-up opportunity to make it 5-3. Freshman
Riley Sterling scored her 11th goal of the season with 1:57 remaining, before sophomore
Oliv Janerico knotted up the game at 5-5 with 38 seconds left in the half.
CC took its first lead of the game with back-to-back goals to start the third quarter. Lonergan scored her second goal, followed by Murphy's acrobatic goal after an assist from Iler.
Trinity responded with its biggest run of the day, scoring five unanswered to end the third and led 10-7 entering the fourth quarter. The Bantams added two more goals at the start of the fourth and increased the lead to five goals.
Iler attempted to narrow the margin with two goals, making it 12-9 with 6:36 remaining. Trinity managed to hold onto the lead with two more scores and fought off CC's late comeback.
Two late goals by Lonergan cut the lead to three goals, but the Bantams held on for the 14-11 win.
The loss ended CC's 10-game winning streak. The Tigers will close the regular season on Saturday at 11 am MT against No. 11 The College of New Jersey.
