Nico Rimer have been selected the SCAC Men's Swimmer and Diver of the Week, respectively, for performances
during meets conducted Friday, January 9 through Sunday, January 11.

Allen, from Aptos, Calif., captured three individual events against Chapman University while also taking a second-place finish for the 200 medley relay. Individually, he swam the 100 back (52.86), 200 back (1:57.08) and 200 IM (1:59.37) and led off the 200 medley relay (24.50).

In the Tigers' 146-110 victory over Occidental, Allen was part of the 400 mixed medley relay leading off in a time of 52.93. He also posted a time of 24.78 as the leadoff in the 200 backstroke relay and posted splits of 23.34 and 54.09 in the 200 fly relay and the 4X100 IM relay, respectively.

Rimer, from Cambridge, Mass., earned his first regional cut score as a Tiger over the weekend, taking first place in the 1-meter event with 276.29 points against Occidental
College on Sunday. He also finished second in the 3-meter with 261.30 points.

On Friday against Chapman University, Rimer took two fourth-place finishes with a score of 231.25 on 3m and 234.05 on the 1m.

The Tigers return to action this weekend by hosting the 27
th annual CC Classic, Jan. 16-18, at Schlessman Natatorium.
