The Colorado College swimming and diving teams return to action at the Speedo Invitational hosted by Centre College in Danville, Ky. Events will start at 10 a.m. (ET) each day.

The Tigers traveled to Alamosa, Colo., for a dual meet against Adams State on Saturday, Nov. 1.

Both teams captured a win over the Grizzlies, with the women winning 138-54 and the men winning 137-67.

Freshmen
Annie Engstrom and
Livi Woolery posted a pair of individual wins as well as a relay victory, while senior
Grace Ersfeld-O'Brien won an individual and a relay event.

Woolery captured the 50 freestyle and 100 butterfly and led-off the winning 200 medley relay. Engstrom, meanwhile, continued her excellence in the distance events by winning the 500 and 1000 freestyle races and anchored the 800 freestyle relay.

Ersfeld-O'Brien joined Engtrom,
Julia Cox and
Sarah Buchman on the 800 free relay and won the 200 freestyle with a time of 2:07.18. Buchman joined Woolery,
Isabella Cole and
Megan Simonson on the triumphant 200 medley relay.

Other winners for the Tigers on Saturday included Cox (100 freestyle),
Riley Romisher (200 IM),
Lizzie McWilliams (100 backstroke) and
Charlotte Flory (100 breaststroke).

For the men,
Edmund Davis and
Andrew Colgan each captured a pair of individual victories and one relay win.
Â
Davis won the 100 and 1000 freestyle races and swam the third leg of the 800 freestyle relay team that touched the wall first.
Â
Colgan, meanwhile, was victorious in the 50 freestyle and 100 breaststroke and swam the second leg on the 200 medley relay.

Davis joined
Dax Sherwood,
Sam Allen, who won the 100 backstroke, and
Logan Loveday, who won the 200 freestyle, on the 800 free relay team that finished with a time of 7:25.38.

Allen and Cogan joined
Stephen Kim, who won the 200 IM, and Liam McArthy on the 200 medley relay team that posted a time of 1:36.91.

Mark Lofye was the other winner for CC on Saturday, winning the 500 freestyle race in 5:17.70.

Colgan and Engstrom Named SCAC Swimmers of the Week
Following the meet at Adams State,
Andrew Colgan and
Annie Engstrom were named the SCAC Men's and Women's Swimmer of the Week, respectively.

The women's team will battle CSU-Pueblo on Saturday, Dec. 6, in Pueblo beginning at 11 a.m. Following Winter Break, both team will face Chapman University on Friday, Jan. 9, in Orange, Calif.
