The Colorado College track & field teams return to action this weekend at the Colorado Classic in Boulder, Colo. The two-day meet begins Friday, Feb. 6.

Last Time Out
Alison Mueller-Hickler and
Josh Williams each set a school record at the Colorado Invitational Indoor Track & Field Meet, Feb. 24, in Boulder, Colo.
Mueller-Hickler placed ninth in the 3K with a time of 10:12.25, surpassing the previous record of 10:33.12, set last year by
Charlie Flint. Meanwhile,
Riley Webb finished second in the 600-meters with a time of 1:44.11, while
Clara Lippert was ninth in the 200 in 26.84 seconds.
Lippert also finished 11
th in the 60-meter dash with a time of 8.33 seconds, followed by
Keely Lueckeman in 14
th (8.47) and
Zaniya Bruno Munn in 15
th (8.51).
Alina Miranda placed 13
th in the 400 in 1:04.92, while Alison Barker led five Tigers in the mile by finishing 15
th in 5:23.16.
Emma Jones, Chole Johnson,
Molly Vance and
Clara Kirr combined to finish seventh in the 4x400 relay with a time of 4:15.89
On the men's side, Williams broke his own school record and finished fifth in the 200 with a time of 21.47, surpassing his old record by .02 of a second. Meanwhile,
Rabbit Barnes finished 16
th in the 3K in 8:47.85.
Up Next
The Tigers will be split among three meets next weekend, Feb. 13-14. Most will be at the UCCS Mountain Lion Open, while a handful will go to the Whitworth Invitational and the Husky Classic (Univ. of Washington).
