Sophomore Keely Lueckeman posted a fourth-place finish in the javelin on the first day first day of the 2026 SCAC Outdoor Track & Field Championships Friday in Abilene, Texas.
 
Lueckeman launched a throw of 105' to give the Tigers five points in the team standings.
 
Juniors Zaniya Bruno Munn (personal-best 16' 4.25') and Molly Vance (16' 2.25") finished sixth and eighth, respectively, in the long jump on Friday.
 
The Tigers will continue the SCAC Championships on Saturday, beginning at 8 a.m. (CT).
