Tigers Win WIAC Regular Season Title Behind Iler's Record Setting Day

Charlotte Iler set single-game program records with nine assists and 13 points in leading the Colorado College women's lacrosse team to a 22-2 victory over UW-Eau Claire Saturday afternoon at Washburn Field.

With the victory, the Tigers secured the outright WIAC regular-season title and the No. 1 seed at next week's conference tournament with a perfect 8-0 league record

Iler broke the previous records of 11 points in one game, set by Bridget Hanley in 2021 and Kendall Havill in 2024, and eight assists, set by Steph Kelly in 2016 and equaled by Hanley in 2021.

The Tigers jumped out to a 7-0 lead after the first quarter, thanks to a goal and five assists from Iler and a pair of goals from Meilani Molina. Iler added a goal and three helpers in the second quarter to bolster a 13-1 halftime lead for the Tigers.

Molina finished the game with four goals and an assist, while Maddie Jenks and Oliv Janerico chipped in with three goals and one assist apiece.

Senior goalie Cassidy Schnaufer made three saves in her final regular-season game at Washburn Field. Schnaufer, the program's career leader with 47 wins, was honored in a post-game ceremony with fellow seniors Alyssa Kawala, Grace Bean, Ella Roe and Amanda Roan.

The Tigers (13-3, 8-0 WIAC) will return to action in the semifinals of the WIAC Tournament on Friday, May 1. Their opponent and site of the game will be determined after the quarterfinals on Wednesday, April 29.
