Tigers Open WIAC Tournament at UW-Eau Claire on Friday

The Colorado College women's lacrosse team plays in the semifinals of the 2026 WIAC Tournament on Friday, May 1, at UW-Eau Claire, beginning at 3 p.m. (CT). The Tigers are the tournament's No. 1 seed by virtue of their 8-0 regular-season league record.

LAST TIME OUT
Charlotte Iler set single-game program records with nine assists and 13 points in leading the Colorado College women's lacrosse team to a 22-2 victory over UW-Eau Claire Saturday afternoon at Washburn Field.
 
Iler broke the previous records of 11 points in one game, set by Bridget Hanley in 2021 and Kendall Havill in 2024, and eight assists, set by Steph Kelly in 2016 and equaled by Hanley in 2021.
 
The Tigers jumped out to a 7-0 lead after the first quarter, thanks to a goal and five assists from Iler and a pair of goals from Meilani Molina. Iler added a goal and three helpers in the second quarter to bolster a 13-1 halftime lead for the Tigers.
 
Molina finished the game with four goals and an assist, while Maddie Jenks and Oliv Janerico chipped in with three goals and one assist apiece.
 
Senior goalie Cassidy Schnaufer made three saves in her final regular-season game at Washburn Field. Schnaufer, the program's career leader with 47 wins, was honored in a post-game ceremony with fellow seniors Alyssa Kawala, Grace Bean, Ella Roe and Amanda Roan.
 
WIAC TITLE AND NO. 1 SEED 
With the victory over UW-Eau Claire, the Tigers secured their third consecutive WIAC regular-season title and a bye to the semis of the conference tournament. With a win on Friday, CC will play the winner of the UW-La Crosse / UW-River Falls game on Sunday, May 3, for the league's first-ever automatic qualifying bid to the NCAA Division III Tournament.
 
ILER CAPTURES WIAC WEEKLY HONOR
After setting program records for most assists and points in one game, Charlotte Iler was named the WIAC Offensive Player of the Week.

Iler set single-game program records with nine assists and 13 points in CC's 22-2 victory over UW-Eau Claire last Saturday. With the victory, the Tigers secured the outright WIAC regular-season title and the No. 1 seed for the conference tournament with a perfect 8-0 league record.

A junior from Simsbury, Ct., broke the previous records of 11 points in one game, set by Bridget Hanley in 2021 and Kendall Havill in 2024, and eight assists, set by Steph Kelly in 2016 and equaled by Hanley in 2021. Iler had six total shots, four shots on goal and two ground balls against the BluGolds.
