Eleven members of the Colorado College track and field teams were selected to the 2026 Division III All-West Region teams by the United States Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA).

The top-8 individuals in each event from each region on the year-end Athletic.net Descending Order Lists earned All-Region distinction, in addition to each member of the region's top-8 relay teams. The regions used for this award – Great Lakes, Metro, Mid-Atlantic, Mideast, Midwest, Niagara, North, Northeast, South, and West – match those used during the cross country season.
Six men earned 10 all-region selections, led by senior
Josh Williams in the 200, 400 and 4x100 relay. Sophomore
Oliver Smeal (javelin and 4x100) and freshman
Jonah Greenberg (long jump and 4x100) earned two honors apiece, while senior
Rabbit Barnes (1500) and sophomores
Vincent Mangat (3000 steeplechase) and
Griffin Stewart (4x100) were named in one event.

For the women, seniors
Allison Barker (800 and 1500) and
Alison Mueller-Hickler (5K and 10K) each earned a pair of selections, while senior
Abby Goodfried (1500), junior
Charlie Flint (10K) and freshman
Thalia Goessling (400) were selected in one event.

Mueller-Hickler, Barker and Smeal will compete later this week at the NCAA Division III Outdoor Track and Field Championships in La Crosse, Wis. Mueller-Hickler will run the 10K, Barker the 1500 and Smeal will participate in the javelin event.
