Oliver Smeal and Josh Williams each posted a top-5 finish for the Colorado College men's track & field team this weekend at the APU Franson Last Chance Meet in Azusa, Calif.
 
Smeal finished third in the javelin with a toss of 200' 9", while Williams placed fifth in the 100 with a finals time of 10.82.
 
Easton Capser posted a ninth-place finish in the javelin (151' 9") and Owen Shi was 10^th in the shot put (45' 0.5").
 
Two other Tigers set personal-best times on Saturday, Lincoln Brewer (4:03.03) in the 1500 and Dominic Schwein (15-18.53) in the 5K.
 
Meanwhile, two Tigers, Jacob Loveday and Aidan Disney, competed at the Air Force Twilight Meet on Friday. Loveday finished sixth in the 400 (50.10) and 10^th in the 200 (22.85), while Disney was ninth in the 400 (55.99) and 11^th in the 200 (24.30).
