Colorado College Vice President and Director of Athletics
Lesley Irvine has been appointed to the Board of Directors of the National Association of Division III Athletics Administrators (NADIIIAA).
Irvine has been at CC since 2019, providing strategic, values-driven leadership for a multidivisional program featuring Division III and Division I sports. Known for building strong cultures and high-performing teams, she has guided the department through a period of transformation focused on competitive excellence, academic success, and student-athlete development.
Irvine has led major capital projects and fundraising initiatives while strengthening campus and community partnerships, and she brings a deep commitment to developing individuals and programs that thrive.
"I am honored to step into this leadership role and represent Colorado College on the national stage," Irvine said. "It is important we serve in this way as we give back, seek to understand and find ways to impact."
Nationally, Irvine has served on the Women Leaders in Sport Board as the Division III member nominee, is a founding board member of WeCOACH, and has contributed her expertise through service on multiple NCAA Championship committees, reflecting her ongoing commitment to advancing women leaders and the broader collegiate athletics landscape.
