The Colorado College women's tennis team finished sixth at the Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference Tournament after dropping a 6-3 decision to Center College on Sunday afternoon at Burns Park Tennis Center.
Britt Swenson and Jordan Evans accounted for all three points for the Tigers, combining to post an 8-6 victory at No. 1 doubles and then winning their respective singles matches.
Swenson defeated Whitney Fraley 6-2, 6-4 at No. 1 singles to finish the weekend with a perfect 4-0 singles record. She won each match in straight sets and lost only nine of 57 games.
Swenson, a junior from Wayzata, Minn., finished the season with a 16-match winning streak. Her only loss was in the first match of the season at Air Force.
Evans finished the tournament with a 3-1 record after recording a 6-4, 6-2 victory over Katy Bender at No. 4 singles.
Evans and Swenson won three of four matches at No. 1 doubles this weekend and finished the season with a 9-7 record.
Colorado College posted a 2-2 record as the tournament's seventh seed.
