Box Score Lauren DiGregorio strikes again.

DiGregorio scored in the 33rd minute to give Colorado College a 1-0 victory over UTEP in the final regular-season game for both teams on Friday night at University Field.

The sophomore forward beat Miners' goalkeeper Sarah Drilling with a shot to the lower right corner after collecting a pass from Brittney Lyman while making a run on the left side.

It marked the fourth time this season DiGregorio scored the only goal in a 1-0 win.

Hanna Berglund made three saves en route to her ninth shutout of the season.

Both teams launched 11 total shots. The Tigers had a 5-3 edge in corner kicks.

CC improved to 10-6-3 overall and 8-2-1 in Conference USA. The Miners slipped to 10-7-3 overall and 4-5-2 in conference play.

Colorado College returns to action on Wednesday, Nov. 2, in the opening round of the 2011 C-USA Women's Soccer Championship in Memphis, Tenn.
