Natalia Dellavalle a win by default at the No. 3 spot.
Â
CC then took three of the six singles matches, including a thrilling 7-5, 4-6, 10-7 victory by Dellavalle over Emily Kerr at the No. 2 spot. Freshman

"This was a big win for us even though Metro had to concede two matches without a sixth player," head coach
Anthony Weber said. "We were without our Nos. 2 and 5 players for singles (
Kendal McGinnis and
Annie Zlevor), but our players stepped up again."
