Fresh off a solid performance during last week's two-game road trip, Colorado College plays its first Mountain West home games of the season when Boise State University and Utah State University invade Stewart Field this week. CC plays host to the Broncos on Friday, Sept. 30, at 3 p.m., and then USU on Sunday at noon.

Fans can watch both of this week's matches for free on the Tiger Sports Network (www.cctigers.com/watch/) or the Mountain West Network (www.themw.com/page/watch-live).

Colorado College is 5-5-0 overall and 1-0-0 in league play after splitting a pair of contests on the road last week. The Tigers defeated the University of New Mexico, 1-0, on Friday night in Albuquerque, but fell by the same score less than 48 hours later at San Diego State University.

Boise State improved to 3-7-1 overall and 2-0-0 in the Mountain West with victories over the University of Wyoming (1-0) and Colorado State (2-1 in overtime).

The Aggies take a 6-4-0 overall record and 2-0-0 conference mark into Friday night's match at Air Force. Utah State defeated CSU (3-1) and Wyoming (3-0) to join Boise State, San Diego State and San Jose State atop the MW table with six points.

CC holds a 2-1 lead in the all-time series with Boise State, with both victories occurring in Mountain West competition. The Tigers posted a 3-1 victory at Stewart Field in 2014, then defeated the Broncos 2-0 last year in Idaho. Boise State prevailed 3-1 in the first meeting in 2010 in Colorado Springs.

Utah State owns a 2-1-2 edge in five previous meetings with Colorado College, including a 1-0-1 mark at Stewart Field. Last year, the Aggies claimed a 3-2 win in Logan. CC's only victory in the series was in a semifinal of the 2014 Mountain West Championship by a 3-1 score.

Colorado College, which is 2-1-0 at home this season, averages 1.10 goals per game while allowing 1.20. The Tigers are led by sophomore forward Clara Richter, who has a team-high five goals and 11 points. Senior forward Dana Gornick and sophomore midfielder Lauren Milliet are tied for second with two goals and five points apiece.

Junior Louisa Mackenzie is 1-1-0 in goal with a 0.50 goals-against average and an .800 saves percentage, while freshman Molly Hiniker is 3-3-0 with a 1.50 goals against average and a .719 saves ratio.

Seven of CC's first 10 games were decided by one goal, including two that went to overtime. The Tigers prevailed by identical 1-0 scores in victories over Pittsburgh, Utah Valley, UMass Lowell and New Mexico. Colorado College lost 2-1 on an overtime penalty kick at the University of Northern Colorado, 3-2 in overtime against Northern Arizona and then 1-0 at San Diego State last week.

Colorado College returns to the road for conference games at Colorado State and Wyoming on Friday, Oct. 7, and Sunday, Oct. 9, respectively.
