The Colorado College men's tennis team dropped its second consecutive 5-4 decision Friday in the first match of its 2018 spring break trip against Dickinson College in Orlando, Fla.

The Tigers (1-10) tried to rally after losing all three doubles matches, but couldn't quite pull out five singles matches against the Red Devils.

Alex Kley posted wins at the top three singles spots for CC. Forman posted a 7-6(4), 6-4 victory over Shawn Diniz at No. 1, while Hum downed Peter Schmidt, 7-5, 6-3 at the No. 2 position. Kley, meanwhile, beat Derek Chen, 7-6(7), 6-3, t the No. 3 spot.

Christian Kitchen won the No. 6 match, 6-3, 6-1, but
Logan Pepperl and
Brian Chen fell at No. 4 and No. 5, respectively.

Pepperl and Hum had a shot to win the No. 1 doubles match, but fell to Diniz and Samuel Loring, 9-8(3).
