Henry Baldwin set a school record in the high jump Saturday as the Colorado College track and field teams wrapped up the 2018 season at the Occidental Invitational in Claremont, Calif.

Baldwin, who cleared 6'9" on his second attempt to finish in a second-place tie Saturday, eclipsed his own record by a quarter of an inch, which he set earlier this season at the CSU-Pueblo Early Bird meet.

With his leap, Baldwin moved into a tie for 20
th among Division III high jumpers this season and will find out in a couple of weeks whether or not he will qualify for the NCAA Division III Championships which begin Thursday, May 24, in La Crosse, Wis.

Other individual highlights from Saturday's meet include freshman
Camille Weaver tying for seventh in the women's high jump at 5'1", and 11
th in the triple jump at 34'11".

Asmeda Spalding finished 11th in the women's 400-meter dash, freshman
Andrew Edds placed 13
th in the men's 400-meter hurdles, and junior
Quin Gattey was 20
th in the men's 400-meter dash.

Duranya Freeman ran a personal-best time of 2:17.54 in the women's 800, while freshman
Paul Olsen did the same with a 4:04.45 in the men's 1,500.
Tony Calderon (15:10.40) and junior
Meghan Tanel (19:24.77) each clocked a PR men's and women's 5K, respectively.
