Box Score The Colorado College women's tennis team wrapped up its 2018-19 regular season Sunday with a5-2 loss to Division II Metro State in Denver, Colo.
 
Metro won the doubles point with wins at the top two spots.  Alex Pessoa and Helena Steenberg blanked seniors Simone Hall and Annie Zlevor, 6-0, at No. 1, while Eliza McKean and Ainsley Winterrowd beat sophomore Tess Rubin and freshman Elise Chassman, 6-1, at No. 2. The Tigers won the No. 3 match by forfeit as Metro State did not field a team.
 
The Roadrunners swept the four singles matches that were played in straight sets. Zlevor took Steenberg to 7-5 in the first set before falling, 7-5, 6-1. CC won the Nos. 5 and 6 matches by forfeit.
 
The Tigers (1-15) head to Sherman, Texas, next weekend for the 2019 SCAC Championships, beginning on Friday, April 19.
