Box Score The Colorado College women's tennis team fell to SCAC foe Southwestern University, 9-0, Saturday afternoon at Burghart Tennis Courts.
 
The Pirates jumped out to an early 3-0 lead by sweeping the three doubles matches. The best match of the three came at the No. 3 spot, where Alli Ziehm and Mariana Quetzeri downed freshmen Elizabeth Girian and Malia Rivera, 8-5.
 
The Pirates captured all six singles matches in straight sets. Freshman Keelie Bennett fell at the No. 2 match, 6-4, 6-3, to Esther Bowers, while sophomore Olivia Dicks lost, 6-2, 6-4 to Ziehm at No. 6.
 
The Tigers are back in action on Saturday, April 3, against Metro State University, beginning at 4 p.m., in Denver, Colo.
