Michael Gorman and
Josh Fry once again led the Colorado College men's track and field team this weekend at the Maverick Multi and Open Meet on the campus of Colorado Mesa University in Grand Junction, Colo.

Gorman and Fry, competing against primarily Division II teams, were outstanding on the track Saturday. Gorman finished third in the 400-meter dash with a time of 49.68 seconds, just shy of the school record of 49.25, set in 2002. Gorman also placed seventh in the 200 with a time of 22.47.

Fry, meanwhile, put together a fourth-place finish in the 800 with a time of 1:55.57, and placed 11
th in the 1500 with a time of 3:55.62.

Logan Henning and
Max Saliman also produced top-10 results on Saturday. Henning finished fourth in the javelin and Saliman was fifth in the 3000 steeplechase.

Other top performances by the Tigers include
Luke Bleckman (10
th in the long jump),
Sam Rodriguez (11
th in the 800) and
Leighton Graham (12
th in the shot put).

The Tigers return to action on April 24-25 at the SCAC Championships in Irving, Texas.
