Colorado College captured four titles, including both diving events, and sits in second place for each gender after day three of the 2024 Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference Swimming & Diving Championships at the Garland ISD Natatorium.

Freshman
Wyatt Wellehan won the men's 1-meter diving event with 478.15 points, while
Emma Krasemann won the women's 3-meter with 422.70 points, giving CC a pair of diving titles on the same day for the first time in program history.

Junior
Collin Ralston won the men's 100-yard breaststroke title for the second time in three years with an SCAC and school record time of 55.02 seconds, defeating Trinity's Kendal Southwell by half a second. Fellow junior
Caleb Peimann followed suit by winning the men's 100 backstroke race in 50.85 seconds.

"What an exciting day for us," head coach
Anne Goodman James said. "The team energy was amazing, and it really helped bring out the best in our swims. We finished the day with four SCAC champions, along with school records, an SCAC record, and two NCAA qualifying times. We are thrilled about our opportunities tomorrow."

The Tigers finished second in the men's and women's 200 freestyle relays to open the day and set a school record in each race. The men's foursome
Dax Sherwood,
Eric Uerling, Peimann and
Jack Hussin finished in 1:23.01, while the women's quartet of
Megan Simonson, Sarah Bychman,
Annie Bowens and
Gina Lynch posted a time of 1:35.41.

 Hussin earned all-SCAC honors with a second-place finish in the 200 freestyle, while Sherwood finished runner-up to Peimann in the 100 backstroke.

For the women, Malie Hewitt was the runner-up in the 100 breaststroke and
Alexis Lee finished third in the 100 backstroke.

Meanwhile
Aidan Richter placed third in the men's 1-meter and
Keller Pooley did the same in the women's 3-meter.
