Colorado College women's lacrosse senior
Evelyn Baher-Murphy was named the Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference Defensive Player of the Week, announced on Tuesday, April 15th.
The Mountain View, Calif. native helped lead the No. 17 Tiger defense to another strong week, surrendering only eight goals in three games, including a shutout against Augsburg University (Minn.) on April 13. They finished the week with three caused turnovers, four ground balls and a draw control.
It's the second time this season Baher-Murphy has been named the POTW. They earned it first back on March 18.Â
