The Colorado College men's swimming and diving team compiled the highest grade-point average across all divisions and the women's squad tied for the highest in Division III as both programs earned Scholar All-American honors from the College Swimming and Diving Coaches Association of America (CSCAA) for the 2025 spring semester.
For the 23
rd consecutive semester, both teams were recognized for their academic excellence, but the most recent semester was especially outstanding.
The CC men posted a 3.90 team GPA, which was the highest in the country, regardless of division. The women, meanwhile, racked up a 3.88 team GPA, tying for the highest in DIII and third among all divisions.

"Our men's team achieving the highest GPA across all divisions and our women's team tying for the top spot in Division III is a testament to the dedication, discipline, and balance our athletes bring to both the classroom and the pool. This accomplishment reflects the core values of our program and the commitment of Colorado College student-athletes to excel at the highest level in both academics and athletics."
To qualify for this prestigious recognition, teams had to earn a cumulative grade point average of 3.0 during the Spring 2025 semester.
In addition, six Tigers were named to the CSCAA Scholar All-American Team. Recent graduates
Emma Krasemann,
Collin Ralston and
Aidan Richter, along with rising juniors
Keller Pooley and
Wyatt Wellehan, and rising sophomore
Andrew Colgan were all second-team selections.
To qualify for First-Team Scholar All-America, student-athletes must have earned a GPA of 3.5 or higher for the 2024-25 academic year and participated in their national championship. Second-Team selections must have also earned a 3.5 GPA or higher and met a "B" time standard for the national championship or qualified for a diving zone qualification meet.
Founded in 1922, the CSCAA is the nation's oldest professional organization of college coaches. Its mission is to serve and provide leadership for the advancement of the sport of swimming and diving at the collegiate level.
