The Colorado College women's soccer team opens Mountain West play against New Mexico on Thursday, Sept. 25, at 7 p.m., in Albuquerque, N.M.
CC (3-3-2) currently sits in seventh place in the conference standings after the conclusion of non-conference play.

Last Time Out
The Tigers fell to Kansas State, 3-1, on Sept. 11, in its final non-conference matchup. CC put 16 shots on the box score, with four being on net. They had a total of 23 scoring opportunities. Kansas State had a strong offensive outing, producing 22 shots with 12 on goal.

CC has the fourth-best offense in the Mountain West, scoring nine goals this season. Junior
Kendall Memoly leads the team and is tied for third in the conference with four goals. She is tied for fourth with nine points, including her one assist.

Regan Wallace is tied for fourth with three shutouts this year.

After Memoly scored the first four goals of the season for CC, the other five goals have come from three different players.
Jessica Anderson and junior
Tyler Rose are second on the team with two goals and an assist.
Rose lifted CC to its most recent win, a 2-1 decision over Northern Colorado on Sept. 7th, where Rose scored her first two career goals in the same game.
Freshman
Sophia Mayne scored her first career goal earlier in the season against UC San Diego.
Senior
Kylie Smith and sophomore
Nadia Cassamajor both lead the team with two assists.
On The Road
CC is 3-2 on the road this year, compared to being 1-7 last season. The Tigers have outscored their opponents 7-6 and have a shot percentage of .115 compared to .087 from their opponents.
Scouting The Opposition
New Mexico enters Thursday with a 4-2-2 record after finishing the 2024 campaign with a 7-6-5 overall record. The Lobos are led by Alejandro Puerto and Nicole Anderson, who both have four goals. Anderson leads the team with 23 shots.
Fiona Jenkins leads the Mountain West with seven assists, averaging just under one assist per game.
UNM defeated New Mexico State on Sept. 7th, but have fallen in back-to-back contests to UC Santa Barbara (2-0) on Sept. 11 and Cal State Fullerton (3-0) on Sept. 14.
