The Tigers, ranked 36
th in the latest ITA Division III poll, took an early 1-0 lead by sweeping the three doubles matches as all three teams stayed unbeaten in SCAC play.
Lucia Moravek and
Aspen Young defeated Johanna Winkler and Aria Moreni, 6-1, in the No. 1 match, while
Ally Lowe and
Kala Komanduri won their second straight 6-0 match over Valerie Sanchez and Emily Pullen at No. 2.
Lindsay Popeo and
Avery Hickman completed the sweep with a hard-fought 7-5 victory over Jeauxleigh Cantu and Alyssa Mae Estrella at the No. 3 spot.          Â

CC then captured all six singles matches in straight sets for the third consecutive team match. Komanduri won the No. 3 match, 6-0, 6-0, for the third straight match over Pullen and Young took the No. 1 match, 6-4, 6-0, over Winkler.

The Tigers (6-2, 4-0 SCAC) return to action on Monday, March 16, against 22nd-ranked Wellesley College in San Antonio, Texas, beginning at 12 p.m. (CT).
