The Colorado College tennis teams travel to Kerrville, Texas, for the 2026 SCAC Championships, April 24-26, looking to secure the league's automatic qualifying bids to the NCAA Division III Tournament.
SCAC Regular-Season Champs
Both teams finished the conference slate with a perfect 10-0 record. The women won their first regular-season conference title in program history, while the men captured their first since 1956 (Rocky Mountain Conference).
Tournament Schedule
As the tournament's No. 1 seed, the CC women will face the winner of No. 4 Schreiner and No. 5 Hendrix in the semifinals on Saturday, April 25, beginning at 9 a.m. (CT). The top-seeded men will face the winner of No. 4 Ozarks and No. 5 St. Thomas in the semis the same day, beginning at 12 p.m. (CT).

Women Ranked No. 24 in the Country
The women's team is ranked No. 24 in the latest ITA Division III national rankings, released on April 22, and ninth in the West Region. CC was ranked No. 17, the program's highest ranking in 40 years, on April 1. Individually,
Aspen Young is ranked No. 13 in the West Region, followed by
Ally Lowe at No. 16. Young and
Lucia Moravek are the ninth-ranked doubles team in the West Region.
Last Time Out
Each team posted a 3-0 record during the final week of the regular season.
The women (18-3, 10-0 SCAC) extended their winning streak to 11 by defeating UC Santa Cruz, 6-1, then blanking Austin College and the University of Dallas, each by a 7-0 margin. They did not lose an individual point in their 10 SCAC matches this season.
The men (12-6, 10-0 SCAC) rallied to beat UC Santa Cruz, 5-2, then defeated Austin College and the University of Dallas, each by a 7-0 margin.
CC Captured Two of Four SCAC Weekly Awards
Aspen Young was named the SCAC Women's Player of the Week for the second straight week, while
Dominik Kaminski and Justion Boder were named the SCAC Men's Doubles Team of the Week.
Young, the No. 13 ranked player in the West Region, dropped just two games over three matches. She defeated the region's No. 19 player Chloe Wu of UC Santa Cruz, 6-1, 6-1, then also defeated Olivia Sanchez of Austin College and Avery Williams of the University of Dallas, both 6-0, 6-0.
Meanwhile, Kaminski and Boder posted a perfect 3-0 record at the top doubles line last week. The duo opened the week with a 6-2 win over UC Santa Cruz and closed the with back-to-back 6-2 wins over Austin College and Dallas at the top doubles line.
