Colorado College earned its fifth consecutive NCAA Tournament appearance and will travel to Radnor, Pa., to play No. 9 Cabrini College in a second-round game on Wednesday, May 10.
The Tigers received an at-large bid after completing the regular season with a 10-5 record.
Cabrini (14-3) earned an automatic berth after claiming its 17th consecutive Colonial States Athletic Conference championship with an 18-6 victory over Marywood University on Saturday at Edith Robb Dixon Field.
The winner of Wednesday's game will meet either Elizabethtown College (14-3) or Franklin & Marshall College (15-2) on Saturday, May 13.
Playing a nationally-ranked opponent in the NCAA Tournament is nothing new for the Tigers.
In the program's first postseason game in 2011, Colorado College dropped a 25-5 decision at Roanoke College, which advanced to the national semifinals.
CC fell at No. 11 Washington College, 10-7, in 2013, at No. 12 Amherst College (13-10) the following year and then at No. 9 Endicott College (12-6) in 2015.
Last year, the Tigers overcame an 8-2 second-half deficit to defeat Whittier College, 11-10 in overtime for the program's first-ever NCAA Tournament victory.
In the second round, Colorado College fell 16-5 at No. 3 Salisbury University, which went on to defeat Tufts University in the championship game.
