Brooke Brilliant capped an outstanding season by collecting Honorable Mention All-American honors from the American Volleyball Coaches Association.
Brilliant, a middle blocker from Marin County, Calif., added another accolade to her resume this season, which has included first-team all-Region and all-SCAC honors.

Sharon Dingman said. "Brooke was the focus of many of our opponents this fall and to see her raise her game to another level with that pressure was remarkable."
Brilliant led the Tigers and the SCAC with a.351 hitting percentage, which is sixth on CC's single-season list and she finished 27
th in the country. Her .321 career hitting percentage places her fourth on the school's all-time list.
She paced the team 68 total blocks, including tying her career-high with six vs. Concordia on Nov. 7, and second with 326 kills. Brilliant was amed SCAC Offensive Player of the Week in early September.
