Four student-athletes from the Colorado College volleyball team were selected to the 2025 Academic All-District Team, named today by the College Sports Communicators (CSC).

Carolyn Dormady and juniors
Meghan Gannon,
Brooke Brilliant and
Julia Reusch were named members of the team.

Dormady earned a spot on the team for the third consecutive year, while Gannon was selected for the second straight season. Brilliant and Reusch are first-time recipients.Â

Brilliant, meanwhile, was selected to advance to the Academic All-American ballot. First, second, and third-team Academic All-America® honorees will be announced on Jan. 13, 2026.

The 2025 Academic All-District Volleyball Team, selected by College Sports Communicators, recognizes the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the court and in the classroom. The CSC Academic All-America® program separately recognizes honorees in four divisions — NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III and NAIA.

To be nominated, a student-athlete must have completed one full calendar year at their institution, be a starter or important reserve playing a minimum of 90 percent of contests and maintain at least a 3.50 cumulative grade point average (on a 4.00 scale)
