Teddy Opler powered the Tigers this weekend, leading the offense in the opening action of SCAC play. The Tigers swept the Arkansas trip with a 4-0 victory over Hendrix and a 2-1 victory over the University of the Ozarks.
Opler provided two of the four goals vs the Warriors on Friday, as the reigning SCAC Player of the Year scored the opening goal in the 23
rd minute of play, before scoring again in the 63
rd minute. Opler's second goal jumpstarted a push that saw Colorado College score three goals in seven minutes of game time. On Sunday, Opler provided the lone assist to
Jack Hilliard who completed the Tiger comeback in the 86
th minute to lift the Tigers past the Eagles and give them a 2-0 start in conference.
The Tigers return home for the first time since September as they take on St. Thomas and Centenary this weekend at Stewart Field.
