After a two-week hiatus, the Colorado College men's lacrosse team travel to the Midwest for a pair of matchups, opening with Elmhurst University on Thursday, April 16 at 7:30 p.m. (CT) before facing Adrian College on Saturday, April 19 at 11 a.m. (CT).
Colorado College is No. 27 in the latest NPI, while Elmhurst is No. 24.

LAST TIME OUT
Colorado College extended its winning streak to three with wins over Sewanee, 13-6, on March 28, and Southwestern, 18-5, on March 29.
Against Sewanee, CC was led by junior
Matt Hudson, who posted a game-high seven points on four goals and three assists, while junior
Nick Johnson added three points on two goals and an assist. Sophomore
Matthew Collina also scored twice. Defensively, senior
Robert Spence made 14 saves in goal, while CC forced 26 Sewanee turnovers and totaled 13 caused turnovers. Senior
Griffin Cusack led the way with four caused turnovers, and freshman
Henry Lord added three.
The following day, Hudson led the offensive attack with four goals against Southwestern, while senior
Charlie Faldi matched him with four goals of his own, including three in the second half. Johnson paced the Tigers with six points on two goals and four assists. CC showcased its depth offensively with nine different goal scorers. Sophomore
Liam Goodwin added two goals, while freshman
Lucas Obringer recorded three points on two goals and an assist, a career-high for the Colorado Springs native.
Jake Moshang gathered four ground balls which brought his career total to 103. That makes him tied 20th this era (2000-present) in career ground balls.
In goal, Spence earned the win with eight saves over 40 minutes, while sophomore
Jackson Lesher and freshman
Sam Rich combined for six saves in relief.
AT THE HELM
Colorado College, 9-2 this season, averaging 16.4 goals per game while allowing just 8.6 per contest.
Hudson leads the Tigers with 49 points on 36 goals and 13 assists, while junior attacker
Aidan Niklaus follows with 44 points on 23 goals and 21 assists. Junior attacker
Gavin Pope also contributes 29 points on 16 goals and 13 assists.
At the faceoff X, senior
Trevor Mackles has gone 80-for-124 (.645), while freshman
Bryce Ferguson is 60-for-93 (.645) and junior
Trevor Flynn is 26-for-47 (.553), helping CC to a 62.4 percent team faceoff percentage.
Defensively, the Tigers have recorded 116 caused turnovers and 490 ground balls. In goal, Spence has started all 11 games, posting an 8.57 goals-against average with 119 saves.
