Charlotte Iler was named Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference Women's Lacrosse Offensive Player of the Year for the second consecutive season, leading five Tigers on the all-WIAC teams for 2026.

In addition to Iler, fellow junior
Sofia Mancino and freshman
Sophie Mineroff were named to the first-team and junior
Frances Hansot earned second-team honors, while senior goalie
Cassidy Schnaufer was named honorable mention and senior
Ella Roe was selected to the all-sportsmanship team.Â

Iler also secured first-team honors for the third straight year. She is second in the conference with 59 goals and 88 points, and fifth with 25 assists. Iler has produced 13 hat-tricks this season and set program records with nine assists and 13 points against UW-Eau Claire on April 25.

"I am so proud of the attacker Charlotte has become and continues to grow into," head coach AJ Johnson said. "She consistently pushes herself to new levels, and while she makes it look effortless, it's a reflection of her dedication and passion for the game. This award is incredibly well deserved, and I'm so proud of everything she's accomplished this season."

Mancino led the team and is tied for eighth in the WIAC with 60 draw controls. She is second on the team with 33 goals and 45 points and had a season-high four goals against St. John Fisher and Union College.

Mineroff was stellar in the defensive end all season. She leads the team with 31 ground balls and is second with 19 caused turnovers. She caused a season-high four turnovers and tied her season-best with three ground balls in CC's come-from-behind, 15-14 overtime victory at #20 UChicago.

Hansot is tied for second on the team with 28 ground balls and has caused 13 turnovers this season. She scored her only goal of the season against UW-Stout and collected an assist against Claremont.

Schnaufer leads the conference with an 8.25 goals-against-average and is seventh with a .423 save percentage. She is the school's career leader with 49 wins and scored the first goal of her career vs. Augsburg.
"We are grateful to see every position represented on the WIAC All-Conference team," Johnson said. "It speaks to the collective effort and what we're capable of accomplishing on both ends of the field."

The Tigers (15-3) are undefeated in league play since entering the WIAC in 2024 and aim to make a run in the NCAA Tournament when they host Rhodes College on Sunday in the second round, beginning at 1 p.m.Â
