The CC men's lacrosse team improved to 8-5 and kept its hopes for an at-large berth in the upcoming NCAA Tournament alive with a 22-0 victory over Hendrix College on Sunday in Sewanee, Tenn.
The Tigers got goals from 13 different players while rolling up its largest single-game total since a 24-3 victory over the University of Northern Colorado on March 3, 2001.
It was also the first shutout for Colorado College since a 22-0 victory over Regis University on Feb. 24, 1999.
Junior midfielder
Charley Perkins led the Tigers with three goals and an assist, while sophomore attacker
Brendan Gangl added three scores as CC won its third consecutive game.

Hunter Combs and sophomore attacker
Toby Cohen each chipped in with two goals and an assist.
Freshman goaltender
Brendan Haas had eight saves while going the distance for his first collegiate victory.
Kreyton Polka stopped 22 shots for the Warriors, who were out-shot by a 65-8 margin.
The Tigers will play host to Whittier College on Saturday at 1 p.m. in the final game of the regular season.
