All-American Amy Campbell scored all three of her goals during the first 10 minutes of the contest as the Mules raced to an early 6-0 lead.
Gioia Garden put the Tigers on the board with 17:25 remaining in the first half, but Caroline Atwater scored twice and set up another as Colby added four more goals to build a 10-1 lead with 4:12 to play.
Kate Krieger doubled CC's offensive output when she scored with 44 seconds left in the first half.
The Mules struck twice during the opening 2:56 of the second half to thwart any hopes of a comeback by the Tigers. Grace Maloney's tally 5:47 into the second half was Colorado College's only score until Garden added the final two goals of the game.
Colby launched 38 shots, 30 of which were on goal. The Tigers managed a total of 13 shots.
Garden paced the CC defense with four ground balls, while Hollis Moore caused three turnovers and had two ground balls.
Lane McVey led the Mules with three goals and an assist.
Sarah Warnke made three saves during the first half to earn the victory in goal. Keryn Meierdierks stopped three shots during the final 30 minutes.
Colby improved to 9-2 while the Tigers slipped to 7-3.
Colorado College continues its three-game trip to Maine on Saturday against No. 16 Bowdoin College.
