Box Score 2 The Colorado College offense continued its torrid pace on Saturday, striking for 21 goals during victories over Linfield College and Pacific University at Linfield's Maxwell Field.
The Tigers, who entered the day ranked sixth in Division III averaging 19.75 scores per contest, surpassed the 20-goal mark for the fifth time in six games to remain undefeated.
Junior attacker
Annie DeFrino matched her career high with seven goals in the 21-9 win over Pacific and became the 12 player in program history to score 100 or more in her career.
The Boxers led 6-4 after Paisley Hiefield scored with 8:11 remaining in the first half, but tallies by sophomore midfielder
Ellie Meyer and DeFrino ignited a 6-1 run that gave CC a 9-7 lead after 30 minutes and a dose of adrenalin heading into the second half.
Colorado College tacked on 10 consecutive goals to extend its lead to 19-7 before Pacific's Meg Chapman found the net with 14:03 remaining in the game. By then, it was too little, too late for the Boxers.

Steph Kelly finished with three goals and three assists for the Tigers, who also received a pair of markers from Meyer, senior midfielders

Cole Vanacore all recorded three caused turnovers for the CC defense which lowered its season goals-against average to 6.67.

In the first game of the day, Cole and DeFrino recorded four goals apiece to power Colorado College to a 21-2 triumph over host Linfield.
Cole added a pair of assists to finish with six points, as did Kelly who registered a goal and a season-high five assists.
The Tigers lead 16-0 after 30 minutes and added the first four goals of the second half before Abi Nelson put the Wildcats on the board with 3:10 remaining in the contest. Â
Wells, who did not face a shot in the first half, improved to 5-0 in goal. Frolik stopped one shot in relief.
Freshman defender
Cassis Schafer caused seven turnovers and had three draw controls for CC.
Colorado College wraps up its trip to the Pacific Northwest on Sunday at George Fox University in Newberg, Ore.
